Hi, I really hope somebody can help or has similar experience.
So I had a WP for 2 years for a server position, I got a new job for a skilled position, and I didn't want to give to my employer notice of resignation before I got the new WP. the immigration lawyer that did the LMO application, told me I was going to be able to work for the former employer for the 2 weeks that you have to give notice before, as it is by law. So now, I went on the border to get the new WP and they took the old one.
So now I don't know what to do, I can't just come in and tell to my former employer that I'm leaving, I really want to give him notice on time and be there while he finds someone new. Am I allowed to work for him these 2 weeks or not?
