Changing employer after Provincial Nomination has been approved...any ideas?

Hello Guys pls help me on this.. I have applied for PNP in Nova Scotia. I was sponsored by my current employer on this application. My PNP application I assume will be released and approved next month. However, due to personal reason, I am planning to change employer( with valid LMO) in a few months. How would it affect my PNP nomination and also my Federal Application? What action should I take so that I would not have a problem on my application in the near future? Should I notify my province' PNP office about the change? And also should I notify or make changes on my Federal application?
