Changing DLI while waiting for visa extension (URGENT)

Hi. Recently, I successfully completed my one-year program, and in continuation of my academic journey, I have enrolled in another program, January 2024 intake. However, my visa extension/study permit is currently under process.

Considering the circumstances, I am contemplating a potential change of Designated Learning Institution (DLI). I would greatly appreciate your guidance and advice on whether such a transition would be feasible and permissible given the ongoing visa extension process.

Hi there,
Yes, with the full tuition fee payment due on November 3 and my visa extension still in progress, I'm considering whether it's permissible to switch my Designated Learning Institution (DLI) during the ongoing visa extension process.
