Hello, I transfered to another university and was trying to change my DLI . However, I do not know my GCkey nor was I able to link my study permit to the sign-in account. But I managed to change my DLI number without linking it to my account. Therefore, is that counted or I'll have to link my account. Additionally, I'm not in Canada so is there any way I can get in contact with IRCC?
