Is it possible to change course in Canadian college after reaching in canada? What to do if there is no availability of another course in same college?

Yes, it's possible. It depends on you what you will do, but I guess it's best to check the availability of the program first before you apply.

You also don't need to inform ircc if you decide to change your program as long as it's in the same college. I think the only time you need to update them is if you're going to change your level of study
