Changing course/university upon landing.

Hi guys, my concern here is that I want to know whether I change my course/program from higher level of study to lower level. To be precise, can I change my course from Bachelor's degree to diploma or not?

I know about changing course by CIC website but they've only told about Lower to Higher course or Same course but different University.

Please help me with this. I'd really appreciate it.

No you cannot. Your level of study should be the same or higher.
