Changing Colleges in Canada

I am currently studying A degree in Concordia University in Canada. I want to change my school from the university to a college. When change it through the GC account should I create a new GC account or should I use the same GC account which my agent used to apply for my study permit. Since my visa process was done by an agent should I still seek for his help even to change the schools. Please advise me. Thank you
