Changing college from non spp to spp college. And about College.

Hello..
If i change college from non-spp to spp college . Is it possible?
AND I heard that there is no work permission in non spp college, is it right?
And if i come to canada with non spp college, so can i study for PG in spp colleges in canada?
My last question is how is FOCUS COLLEGE OF PROFESSIONALS. It is situated in Kelowna, BC, CANADA. Tell me about this college please.
Please answer fast as soon as possible.

Focus College is a private college - so you should assume you won't qualify for a post graduate work permit once you finish your studies.

Then what should i do?
I get LOA's for 2 year BBA course from Non-SPP college for intake (Jan 18).
After reachin canada, can I change to SPP college.
