Hello, Am currently working in Canada with closed work permit. But , now am looking to convert/apply for open work permit. Just wanted to know whether am eligible to apply OWP?. And, i have not been invited to apply PR yet though am in express entry pool. Please let me know whether i can still apply for Open work permit.
