Please I need help with answers to questions below:
I have a young nephew who is currently running a 4 years degree program in Manitoba.
But have suddenly decided to change to LPN 2 years program at Fleming College in Ontario. He has secured admission for the said 2 yrs LPN Program.
He has only spent about a year in the current engineering program in Manitoba. His visa is still valid for the next 3 years.
Question 1. Will this program change and relocation to another Province affect his Visa / Immigration status now or in future?
Question 2: If yes, how? And is there any thing he should do to regularize his Visa / immigration status?
Question 3. Is he required to inform immigration about this program change and relocation to a different province?
Question 4. If yes, what should he do to ensure he'll not have problem in future when applying for Permanent Residence?
