Can we make changes to the profile after receiving ITA without altering the score. E.g - Changes in the ECA report date and Number?

no you need to resubmit. Imagine people do not have the credential assesed but rushed to submit or have not take IELTS but fake then later submit. It is unfair to all, even a 1 day different in doc results in rejection
