So I heard there are changes in PGWP application? I submitted my PGWP online end of May. And now a friend of mine told me that my studies from a private college is no longer accepted. Is this true?

This is not a recent change , private colleges if they do not meet certain conditions have always been doubtful when applying for a PGWP which is why anyone comes on the forum and suggests they are planning to go to a private college are advised not a good idea if they want a PGWP.

Private college restriction , although not specific, is quoted on the CIC site but as said advice is not to attend one as there are no guarantees that can be predicted.

Good luck anyway hopefully will work out for you and maybe feedback here the result and share the name of the college for other forum members.
 
Agreed with the above - this isn't a recent change. It happened several years ago.

Yes - some private colleges and programs do not qualify for a PGWP. You would need to tell us which school you attended and what program you completed if you want further assistance.
 
First I went to Anderson college for PSW then took up my second program at Centennial college, workplace wellness. What do you think are the chances?
