My occupation is not listed in new NOC list.i sent my application for NOC 4131. DHL tracking record shows that my application was deliever on 25 june 2010.. Does the new rules affect my application??

If you had sent it thru your country's post then your docs would reached CIC thru canada post and of course you will get the acknowledgement of receipt with scanned sign of recepient ( CIC Personnel) thru e- mail , then it would be a strong proof. but in your case you have sent it thru DHL so I have no idea....
I suggest always send all documents thru government agencies/ post. May be I am wrong but i did it...
