Changes after CSQ

I got my CSQ in 2015 Dec. I applied in paper format. I didnt apply for PR from federal yet

I need clarification on 3 things.

1. I and my wife received both CSQ with the wrong DOB. Should I send and filled forms to get it corrected?
2. Which form and documents I need to send to add my baby who is born after applying for CSQ?
3. After applying CSQ, I moved to another country and has been living here for last 3 years. Should I update any information to MIDI on this?
4. I have changed my passport after getting CSQ, WHat should I do to update this information to MIDI?

1. Send Cover letter + Original CSQs + Proof of correct DOB. No forms required. I did same for my wife's DOB correction.
2. Check last few posts of @raman8310 . He has documented this information in several threads.
3 and 4. No need to update MIDI.
