Hi guys , could you please tell me how can i change my study permit to open work permit while i don't finish my study in canada ?

You can’t. You need a job offer and your employer pays $1000 for a LMIA. The employer shows that no Canadian can do the job. This takes months. Then you apply for a closed work permit and this takes months.

Do you have a spouse who is in Canada on a study permit or on a closed work permit tied to an A, B or 0 job? This would be one way if you do.

Have you already applied for PR through an economic immigration program and have received ITA or been nominated by a province? If so, there would be options here as well.

One last option might be the destitute work permit: https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=177&top=17

Otherwise you would need to find an employer willing to give you a job offer and able to secure an LMIA so that you can switch from your study permit to a closed work permit tied to that specific employer.
