Dear everyone ,
I am Hai, now I am a PhD student in Montreal, Quebec. But I want to stop my PhD now and am applying for new Masters admission start in January 2018. In this case, I have no status from September to January, so I think I have to apply for a new CAQ and new Study Permit. But I wonder if I can leave Canada at the end of September and apply for new SP from outside? I intend to back in December.
Pleas help me to answer. Thanks
