I have applied for ECA in IQAS and chose transcript transmission method as digital service.
Unfortunately, the agency was unable to deliver the transcripts to IQAS electronically.
As a result, I mailed the transcript by mail.
How would I inform the change to IQAS.
Does anyone had similar experiences like this?
