Hello,
My infant had originally blue color eyes (sharp blue when baby). By age of 4~5 they turned more to hazel.
As strange as it may sound the problem is scientifically documented and is not so uncommon (see this paper for more info).

Now my infant is 8 year old;
Problem is that the eye's color carried/stated in the passport and PR card is blue - that is as of date.

Now that I would like to apply for citizenship Minor(2), I would like to correct that and input Hazel eye color, but this will conflict with passport and PR documents.

Any suggestions please? should I include a clarification letter?

Your help is appreciated.

You can use the latest color

Hi, I am using the same thread if this is fine..

In the online application Minor(2) I have the choice:

Would the minor like to attend a citizenship ceremony

I can answer Yes or No.
I know is not required for children under 14.

Are there any adverse consequences for saying no then?

Thanks for your response.

May I ask (mostly out of curiosity by now) what the process to cut up PR card for child then?
Is that so that you would cut up their PR card and send out a photo to IRCC as proof? something along those lines?

Thanks

I believe the parent does it for the children who are not participating in the oath, but I've not been through this part myself.
