I am currently in the midst of applying to sponsor my husband for his PR. The eligibility portion is complete, but background check is still in process. A couple weeks ago I changed my employer as I was offered an increase in wages. Do I have to report my new employer to IRCC, given eligibility was already completed? Does it affect the background check portion?
