Change of employer on closed work permit and ongoing PR application

Hi All,

I am currently on a closed work permit and recently extended work permit till the end of 2023. I am in process of getting offer from another employer and would like to change the employer. I do have an ongoing PR application where I have shown my experience with my current employer and attached an offer letter to the application. I have few questions regarding the given situation and your guidance is highly appreciated.

1. How can I change employer on a closed work permit?
2. Considering if I can change employer, can I have two work permit application? (filing second work permit)
3. IF at all, I can change the employer, what steps need to be taken towards ongoing PR application?
