hi my husband currently lives in Canada under work permit . He has got his ITA under CEC category and is yet to submit the documents . Now he has got a better job offer in some other company . Is it advisable to shift the company at this time or he shouldn't as it might create confusion in his profile ? Pls help with reply

Under CEC you only need to accumulate 1 full year of full-time skilled work experience. Seeing that he has gotten an ITA under this category simply means he has already satisfied the criteria for CEC and only needs to submit his supporting documents from his previous job.
He can therefore, move to a new company if he so chooses but he must get all the necessary documentation i.e. job letter with duties and pay stubs etc. from his current job to support his CEC application before he moves on.
