I had a baby in Dec so I sent a change of circumstances form in early January 2016 but in the meantime they sent my Certificat de sélection du Québec. I can see that the payment for the new member of family has been taken from my account already in Jan. Does anyone know what is the time taken for them to send the new certificates?
