CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Dear all please advice me.

When I sent my file to the CHC London, I requested them to change my mailing address and attached a covering letter to change my Mailing address.

Still I cannot see any change in my address on eCase, which is showing old mailing address.

DO I NEED TO CHANGE MYSELF FROM WEBSITE? Or they will change themselves.

I am worried about it because I am expecting my AOR hard copy.

PLEASE ADVICE.

Usually they pay heed to these letters & take action, however u may also repeat it thru the CIC site. There's a link right under the eCas for that.

Note: They'd change the address within 48hrs on your file, but the eCas would reflect the same in 7-10 days. That was my timeframe.

Sometimes e-cas takes a long time without being updated . Just send a case specific e-mail to your visa office with change of address petition, do it A.S.A.P. Do this at your visa office web page. They most likely already changed it but do it to be on the safe side.

Hi concur with quorax.I SENT MY TODAY AFTER SENDING THRU SPECIFIC CASE ENQUIRY AND WAS ASK TO FORWARD THE NEW ADDRESS.

I send the case specific email and for me it was buffalo office; It took them more than a month to get updated on ecase...Hope it helps.

Qorax - ecas doesn't shows your email ID. I marked a request on that link to change of email ID.

Would I get any confirmation mail from CIC in this regard?

Pls confirm.

Yes, u can do any changes thru that link, which is under the eCas. It's actually a web form, so pretty much u can write anything. Yes, the CIC usually replies about the address amendment done in 7-10 days time as well, by email. At least I recd that info.

Its been 18 days since my 2nd AOR , but still no change of address in eCase.. :'(

I will wait fo r 1 more week then I wil change myself from ecase link.
