Change of address, while sposoring a spouse.

Dear all,

I am in the process of sponsoring my wife from U.S. to Canada. I have already submitted the application like a month ago. Now, my wife needs to move from her current address, and she needs to change her address in U.S.

How should she inform the immigration office of her change of address? Who should we contact to inform this? Can someone please advise on how to proceed?

I just came across this website link for submitting change of information if she wants to try this.

The link is on the right hand side in the orange box. Hope it works out okay.

The link given above will work, but as a word of warning - it takes time to take affect. If you are expecting something in the near future (few weeks), I'd take the extra security in using an change of address forwarding service that your postal service will hopefully answer - that way you won't miss anything.

That should be a GIVEN that you would do that for all your household mail in general, but for specifically notifying CIC of the official address on record, that seemed to be the link to do it on.

I have notified local embassy for my change in address through a letter and indicated the last letter I received from them.

I am a sponsored spouse and my file is already in Islamabad .

But I have moved to UK for studies with my husband and want to change the address. Is it possible
that my file be moved to UK for further processing?. How do I do that ?.
