Hi,

I did my landing in toronto where i gave a friend's address for the PR card. I got my PR card and now i have settled in quebec.
Could anyone please let me know if i have to notify address change.If so whom should i contact.

Since you have your PR card, I don't think you need to notify immigration about your change of address.
