I applied for my Canadian PR in Toronto under the FSW category on October 22, 2015.
On October 27th my work permit and visa expired and and I had to move back to my home country (India). I know I have to provide a change of address update to CIC but not sure if I should email the CIC office in India or the office in Canada.
Also, will this affect my application in any way? Will my application be transferred to my home country instead of the place where I submitted?
Thanks for your reply navid2014. I want to know which office to inform about the address change? Should I mail the Canada office where I applied or the office in India as my country of residence is now India?

Thanks Alialiali. I am not under Implied status as I have already moved to India and my permit expired on 27th October. I will however inform the CIC Canadian office of the address change. Would you have the email id I can send my address change application to?

u can find the contact information online. i d suggest to call them as well. if u wish to send an email, make sure to include: UCI, passport number, date of birth, citizenship, address (old and new) and any other information related to your file.
Will do!
A few people told me that in such a case your application gets affected as they transfer it to the country you are in for processing and that severely effects the timeline of the application and may even get rejected. This got me very worried but thanks for letting me know that it won't effect my application. Feeling relieved now.
