change of address in offer letter - PLEASE HELP ANYONE/EXPERTS

Hey guys, I'm in deep trouble, my permanent address ie., the address in my passport is different from the one on my offer letter, as this would create problem in applying for GIC and Visa, I would like to know what to do? Can I email my university to re-issue the offer letter with the change of address? will they do it? I don't know what to do guys. I'm so terrified as this would create so many problems. Please HELP!!!!

I think this should not be a problem. You can just email university that the actaul address on passport is so and so. I think they will not have any issues with sending you a revised letter with updated address.

Hello brother.. I have the same issue of address.. Did it affect ur visa process?? I am about to apply for visa process and my address on offer letter and fee receipt is different as of my passport.. I am worried... Your reply will be very helpful to me..
