Change of address for pr card

Hey I was looking for some help.I am trying to changeupdate my address so they send out my pr card,I have tried to fax it,call the number and use the web portal and link they provide on their website but none of these will work,how do I notify them ?

Does anyone know how to change the address to receive the PR card to another address than that disclosed at the port of entry?
