I have one question today I m in UAE so my visa centre is London
I am yet to send my full documents to CHC.
my questions is that due to some reason if i move to other country
or I move to India. in that case what will happen where I m going to
send my full document.
London or other centre according to my country where I m moving.
Shezad, from what I have understood on thois forum your VISA office change is not possible. There is some guildline which clearly says that if an applicant moves out of country the Visa office is not obliged to change the CHC
Please contact PMM and he will give you clear description. He had quoted some instructions last time to explain that change of Visa office is not possible. If you want to change Visa office you need to start afresh.
You will need to be very careful in selecting your visa office, its very hard to change the visa office in the later stage and CHC might ask you for the explanation and it will definetly delay your process. I would suggest that if you are not sure that you will be in UAE or not for next 1 yr then send your documents to Delhi as you are citizen of India. I am in a same situation as you are in but i am not sure if i will be in Australia for next 1 yr or not so i decided to choose London as Islamabad is not taking applications for pakistani applicants anymore.
Then send your documents to London, the only problem you can face later is when they will request you for the passports and if you are in India it will be difficult for you to send passport ( i heard on the forum that its not allowed to courier your passport out of India).
