Change in Stream,will it be a problem for visa?

Hi,
I'm a Btech ECE(2015) graduate, I want to apply for Global Business Management Graduate Certificate course in Humber/Centennial for Jan 2018.I'm worried that change in stream might lead to visa rejection.
My profile:
10th-84%
12th-91%
Btech(ECE)-72.4% with no backlogs
2 years work experience from 2015-2017 as Application Engineer.
IELTS-7.5;R-8,L-8,S-7.5,W-6.5

I just want to know will it be a problem, if so should I apply for my graduation relevant Post Grad Diploma course and then change to Global Business Management course once I get to Canada.
