Change in proof of fund between express entry profile and post ITA form

I have more than enough funds in my bank account and i wrote the required number on my EE profile. I have ITA now and i need money for medical,application fee etc.but that vd reduce the POF money.even after these deductions the money is more than required. But would it cause a prob if there is some difference in POF mentioned in EE and in post ITA form

Not a problem. You will be fine as long as you meet the minimum fund requirement. Good luck!
