Change in personal history on sch A form

Hello everyone,

I forgot to mention a student visa application and withdrawal of the same application on my spouse's personal history in EE form post ITA. Can I correct it now and write it in sch A form.

Shall I apologise and write to CIC that I forgot to mention this detail in previous form at the end of all the details in sch A

Definitely do this if you've been sent a Schedule A request for your spouse.

Thanks asivad. I have entered the whole information on the SCH A form now. I will apologise in written as well. I have been asked for sch A as well. I think because we both had refusal of visa for Canada in 2014.
