Hi,
Can someone post submitting e-Apr change the job? My current company is in a bad situation and is having troubles in paying salary also. So if I change my job will I have to get a new reference letter from new organisation as well? Or do I just have to inform them about the change in job?
Change it whenever you feel like. No explanations required. You don't even have to inform IRCC if your new job is in the same country.

Oh okay thank you. Cause the new job also will be in the same NOC code. Hence wanted to confirm if there is a need to inform IRCC.
