Hello everyone, I am stuck in a difficult scenario.
I submitted my EOI and I was selected in the latest draw.
I claimed points for a sibling who is a Canadian citizen.
While filling up the ITA form, I discovered that to claim the points the sibling must be living I canada.
My brother has moved back to the home country a while back and has no evidence of living in Canada.
After adjusting the 15 extra points, my score is still above the cut off.
I am looking for expert advise or someone who has had similar experience as mine.

I believe if you're still above the cut off without the 15pts, then you're fine. Go ahead to apply, but you might want to include a letter explaining your sibling moved out of Canada.
