My CAQ and Visa has already approved for jan 2014 sessions based on an offer from Concordia.Now I have received an offer in PhD program.I emailed international office they told me apply for new CAQ attach a letter explaining your situation.
Should I enter montreal on previous CAQ and get study permit and later on change my CAQ

Apply for CAQ get new one than I should visit montreal.
