If the processing times are right, we are about to get SA, I'm the sponsored person, and i'm very worry because of what is going to be the communication after SA... on my application i put an address where i don't/won't live anymore, and i mean i put my e-mail, but i'm afraid they will send everything to the mail(old address) and i have no idea how to change it before they do!! i already sent like 3 specific case emails like 1 month ago the first one... but nothing... and what am i going to do if they request something, (like the meds, the PGR or if they send the PGR letter) i won't receive there. I'm desperate, Can you check in E-cas if you got a request? like meds or PGR?

I don't think you should worry THAT much, because most of the communications from CIC comes through e-mail. If you did not get your SA, then you probably won't receive ANY communication from them, our SPONSOR will be the one to receive all the requests, if any, again most probably through e-mails. Plus, those communications don't come that often anyways.
As you sent case-specific e-mails to your VO, and you still don't have SA, so your file is not transferred to the VO yet, I believe that is the reason your address has not been updated. I would wait until you get SA, and AS SOON as you get it, send another URGENT e-mail to your VO requesting the address change.
In addition, try maybe to contact someone living at your previous address (or landlord) and leave your phone number, just in case something does come there, if possible?
Hi space thanks for your answer, i'm not concerned about the SA because i'm petty sure my husband put his e-mail and did too, but i put the old address and the appartment has been occupied by someone that i'm pretty sure won't help me, i'll wait till my husband gets SA to try to e-mail my VO. Do you know if in ECAS as an applicant you can see if you got a request? like for passport, police check, or something like those?
thank you

As I know, ECAS doesn't show requests. In my example, I got a passport request, but ECAS just changed from "application received" to "in process", but it doesn't say that the passport request is sent. I am pretty sure it doesn't show any other requests, but I cannot confirm this since I didn't receive any.
You write a letter, e-mail and call both the office in canada and the Hcommission in ur country and let them know ur new address. this is a serious issue. people did not check their email or the mail was delivered some where else and they cancelled the visa. it is not joke. do everything u can possible to notify them. then, call them again and verify your address to see if the changes are made. this is very important.
