Hey guys, I am a 2014 applicant. I went home in Dec 2015 n git married and change my address to my home country. Two months ago, after submitting my husband's documents, I received a letter from cic that I could be file for misrepresentation be cause they did not believed my job was true so I came back to Canada to get the necessary proof from my employer and gather the proofs , I so change back my address to being in Canada but now I am finish submitting and I would like to home until they decide , do you think it will affect me to change my address to outside of Canada again ?
You will need a visa. However, because you are not from a visa exempt country, you will be asked to submit your passport so that the consulate can issue you a new one time entry immigration visa. This will be the very last step of your application process.
Thanks so much for that reply, so even if I was to remain in Canada under implied status it would be the same process to give me a one time entry in order to get my landing right ? Please if it's a wise idea to remain in Canada if until the decision is made or can I go back home and wait .. thanks so much

Once the application is finalised, you will receive a "Ready for Visa" email from IRCC. Depending on which address of yours they have on file, they will send instructions on where and how to send your passport. So if your address on file is inside Canada, you will be asked to send your passport to Ottawa. If the address is Guyana, you will get an email from the nearest Embassy to submit your passport.
As for staying back in Canada and waiting, that is your call. Just make sure you legally maintain your status here in Canada. Also, it does not matter where you are (Canada or Guyana), it will have no effect on your application.
