Hi my name is Arun Rana.I'm from india.
I've scored 6 bands(L 5.5,R 6.5,W 6,S 6.5).
I got offer letter from cdi college montreal for network internet security analyst programme.
Is there any chance of getting visa at such profile?

If your academic is good, then yes.
 
I got 82% in 10th and 68% in 12th (non.medical),
Whereas in bachelors i scored 68% and i had 3 backlogs
