When I submit my application I havent include any of the non English/French Visa translation (for example: Arabic/chinese). Any chances of trigger an RQ because of this? or will they only check during the citizenship test?

You are not required to submit any stamp or any visa when you apply, so just relax if you ever receive an RQ it would be for one of the risk indicators.
I have been to Dubai for couple of days and to China for week, although I have explained all these in resident calculator (but the Visa stamps are in non English/French and I havent submit visa translation). So just because of this will I get an RQ?
Translation is required once you go for your test/interview...
Have them done then...

Hi,
I dint give them the translation for my non English stamps, but I have it ready for the test interview, and the officer ask me if I have it with me, I had many stamps before even coming to Canada in my passport and 2 after that.
