Hi... I had applied for Canada Student visa in Sept 2014 at that time under SPP. I got the refusal and then applied under General category in january 2015. Again I was refused. After that i did not tried for canada. I has Visited my Brother last year for 14 days in Australia who is living there from the past 5 years. Now I want to try for tourist visa along with my brother. Are there chances of approval??
Impossible for anyone here to comment with little information. Why were your study permits refused for a start? Do you have an itinerary for your visit ? Are you able to support your visit financially ? Can you show ties to your home country in that you will leave when you say you will ? Basically why you want to visit Canada and you should keep any application to imply a 2-3 weeks stay maximum
In your application should you decide to submit one you must declare ALL visa/permit refusals
The first reason was course mismatch and second time financial. Now i am working in india as an HR Manager as after refusal i had continued my studies and did MBA. Almost from the past 4 years i have been working. I am still holding the Australian Visitor Visa. We both siblings want to just visit canada for tourist purpose. If you talk about stay. I was issued 1 year visa but visited australia just fir 14 days.
just need to get the idea whether i can get the canada tourist visa??
