Chances of study visa approval

Hello everyone
I need your help
I'm applying for my visa today for September intake
I'm afraid of two things :
1. Am i too late to apply?
2. My agent told me that i have below average academic percentage. So there are chances of refusal.
Here is my academic details:
10th - 56.4%
Diploma - 59.15%
Advanced Diploma - 62.4%
I have been working as network administrator since 2013.
French - B1
IELTS 7 Band
