Hiii
I need help for following case:
My brother-in law is in India. His parents are deceased. I am living in Canada with his sister. At present he is studying B.E. Electrical (last sem). He is interested to come here in Canada as a student.
What are the chances of getting visa in his case? Does he need to apply under SPP or non-spp would be okay? I am in Vancouver so interested to apply at BCIT for two year electrical & computer engineering proggram.

Please advise, really needs...
