chances of selection

hi everyone,

hope you are keeping well.

i want to apply for FSW in "Database analysts and data administrators" category (NOC code 2172). I have done my IELTS. i sent my educational docs to university of Toronto for assessment earlier this month. i am expecting their response by first or second week of September.

CIC website says only 16 people have been selected, so far, in my category. if i apply by 3rd week of September, what would be my chances of selection?

thanks. i am assuming you meant to write: "if ou apply by third week of september, you will make it before 2172 reaches the cap".. kindly confirm..

I am glad I came across this old thread. I am also planning to file under express entry for NOC 2172.

Can anyone refer me a link where I can see the cap and number of seats available under this NOC. I need this to gauge the chances.
