I am getting married in jan 2016 . i am pr of canada....i want to bring my wife over to canada.
What are the chances of getting of visa provided she is not doing any job
1) I am thinking to apply visitor visa before marriage for her ? what is the chance of getting it provided she is not working .
2) what if i apply visitors visa after getting sponsorship application AOR2 (file being transferred to local office)
3) if anything does not work i am planning to move india after filing sponsorshop application for her and getting AOR2 (file being transferred to local office) . will it be a problem , if i relocate to india once our application starts processing
Please suggest any other options to bring her to canada
It could be difficult to get a TRV under the present circumstances (she is unemployed).... unless she can demonstrate other strong ties. For example, if she is studying/good financial situation/property ownership/other family ties in India/previous travel history, etc.
She will face challenges in getting a TRV whether she applies now (without being married to you).... or later (after sponsor approval for PR). In fact, it could get more difficult after getting married because her ties to Canada would appear stronger.
Her chances will improve if she gets a good job.... and works for a few months before she applies (Read: after the probation period + confirmed as a permanent employee)
