Chances of Getting Visa

I have done B.Com and Then M.Com. During this i have done computer science diploma and then Oracle certification. Due to my interest in computer science i completed M.Sc. in Computer Science. After that i have a Seven years experience in IT along with a 3 years part time teaching experience in a University (Computer Courses).

I have now got admission in Master in applied computer Science. What are my chances of getting the visa as the course in which i have got admission is advance than one which i have completed.

If you explain in your SOP for visa officer that the course in which you got admission is much more advance than your previous educational background. Visa in your pocket . 8)

You have to explain in your letter, why you have done PM Certification. Or you think it can be course mismatch then don't mention it.

Hi,

It's good to have good qualifications, the same will help you in making your profile stronger. You should attach your own ITR/Form 16 and bank statement.

SOP won't work, I mean even if William Shakespeare comes to write your SOP, nobody would even bother to read it at CHC (India). Of course, you can attach it and use more as an additional document.

Man Visa is all depends upon your financial conditions............If you are stable have good bank balance then you are good to go.

It doesn't matter how qualified you are. But then again if you are qualified then technically you should have stable income and good bank balance but unfortunately due to low salaries structure and no labor law almost all salaried/qualified persons in Asia are facing problems these days.

Away if you take admission in Master degree and can show good bank statement then you can easily get visa.

I have yearly income of almost 650,000 to 700,000. I am doing job + visiting Faculty in a University.Can show bank balance + shares about Rs. 1500,000 + Rs. 1000,000 almost 30000 CAN $. There is also some agriculture income of about Rs. 300,000. Also submitted last year ITR.

What do u think.

As I said earlier, your profile is impressive. You must submit your own ITR/Form 16 as well as last 24 months bank statements.

1. Get ready with a study loan. It's a much better way to prove your financial capacity and level of establishment. It doesn't matter if you decide not to use it later on.

2. In case you show an agricultural income, you need an income/transaction receipts. You can also attach share certificates.

*Agricultural + any property rent income is a valid proof of financial capacity provided you submit all receipts.
