Chances of getting canada visa after usa refusal

Hello everyone
Pls look at my profile and tell me my visa approval chances.

My profile :
10th-74%
12th (commerce )-83% (2015)
Ielts-6 [L-6.5, R-6.5, W-5.5, S-6 ]
Actually my usa study visa is refused.
Now I applied canada study permit on 29th july at chd vfs and i mention about this refusal in my application.
But i didn't mention in my sop.
please tell me my visa chances .. Will usa refusal effect my visa approval chances ?

I have same situation but i have heard that usa refusal does not effect. So good luck. Hope for the best..
