Chances of being rejected?

Hi all!

I am from Ecuador, I got accepted into the University of Toronto.

I applied for a study permit.

I won a full scholarship sponsored by the Ecuadorian government, which granted me 250k to pay for my studies and everything.

My brother is already in Canada, he also won a scholarship and he also studies at the U of T.

What would cause a VISA denial?

ur brothers status shouldnt matter..u have admission to a very good university ....and with full scholarship chances of rejection are low....
