My profile is ,
1. Travel history- Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand (feb-2018)
2.Total 9 yrs experience in elevator industry, currently working as a Assistant Manager Installation in Japanese based MNC company Fujitec India Pvt Ltd.
3. I am having last 3 yrs itr and form 16.
4. Current income 8,13,590 lack ctc , monthly credit in my salary account after tax and epf deduction- approx 58000 rupees .(plus my wife is getting approx 16000 in account ,her ctc is 240000 rupees).
5. Property- 2 acers land on my name and I purchased a flat in Gurgaon of 17 lack in huda sector 4 Sohna .
6. Marriages certificate is available.
7.Want to apply with my wife and without 3 yrs daughter.
8. Purpose of visit - visit of my friend ( Who is a Canadian Citizen ) and Tourism

Invitation letter is only a small component of the application. If there aren’t significant changes to your personal situation, it won’t make much of a difference.
The additional refusal for a US visa since your previous post certainly isn’t going to help either. There’s a perception of desperation if you apply for Canada right away.
I also had two refusals from usa and got work permit two times from Canada.
So don't worry just prove your string ties with India and then you good to go.
It doesn’t make sense to spend so much money to visit a friend in Canada after trying to visit the US recently. For a trip abroad for tourism Canada also is an expensive an unusual destination for your first trip that is out of Asia. What is your real reason for coming to Canada? Are you trying to work?
