Hi Folks
My spouse has received and accepted offer of admission in Masters of Engineering program in University of Waterloo.
What are the chances that she gets the study permit considering the following factors?
- She got a rejection from Chandigarh (India) when she applied for Open Work Permit as my Spouse. Reason being travel and the officer thought she may not come back to India after the WP expires.
- I have applied my PR last year and I have added her recently (a week ago) in my application as we got married recently.
