I want to send my documents for ECA to CES. I am too much confused that should i get my degree and marksheet attested from HEC or Controller of Examination from University of Karachi?
Please guide...
 
Can anyone share the experience?. I have same confusion. is this fine to attest the degree and transcript photocopies from HEC only and send Sealed envelope to CES? Really appreciate for quick response.
